Aleksandar Pavlovic, Joshua Kimmich, Manuel Neuer, Jonathan Tah, Jonas Urbig, and Nathaniel Brown reported for training at Bayern Munich on July 27, 2026. This return occurs four weeks after the group’s elimination from the World Cup Round of 32 by Paraguay.
While these players rejoin the squad, Jamal Musiala, Serge Gnabry, and Lennart Karl remain on individual rehabilitation programmes. Kim Min-jae and Hiroki Ito are scheduled to join the group before the team departs for the Tegernsee training camp, where a friendly match against FC Rottach-Egern is planned.
Further squad additions are staggered throughout the pre-season. Luis Diaz, Konrad Laimer, and Josip Stanisic will join the team prior to the Asia tour. Harry Kane, Michael Olise, Alphonso Davies, Dayot Upamecano, Jamal Musiala, and Ismael Saibari are scheduled to return to the club following the conclusion of the Asia tour.
