Denmark defeated Wales 2-0 at Parken Stadium in Copenhagen during their Nations League A fixture on September 28, 2026. The result was determined by an own goal from Ben Davies and a successful strike by Gustav Isaksen.
Following the match, Wales head coach Craig Bellamy stated that he is hurting as a result of the defeat. This loss contributes to a broader trend for the team, which remains winless across all six matches played in 2026.
Wales is scheduled to return to action on October 1, 2026, when they face Norway at Cardiff City Stadium. The team will then host Denmark at the same venue on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
